We developed a social campaign for the Women’s 2019 football World Cup, giving followers an insight into the athletes that might not be on peoples radar, but who will light up the summer tournament.
We created 4 "Instazines", a magazine style format for Instagram stories. Each Instazine introduced you to the athlete, their playing style and the newly designed bespoke Nike Women’s football kit with the aim to inspire the next generation of iconic athletes.
The art direction for each of the 4 players Instazine’s was inspired by the new Nike kit designs, textures and colours, with the animation giving a playful nod to the design and the fast-paced nature of football.
We met and shot the athletes in the Estadi Olimpic in Barcelona capturing some great content for the project and Nike.com.
